Airflow and fin clearance
Finned Heater: Fins transfer heat to passing air. State the air speed, inlet temperature and duct dimensions before selecting surface loading; a wattage alone does not establish the allowable air temperature rise.
Keep fins clear of cables and combustible material. Review fan-failure interlocking and place the temperature limit where reduced airflow will be detected.
