Diaphragm Pressure Gauge: Match thermocouple type, polarity and extension cable to the controller input. Select protection-tube material and grounded or ungrounded junction for the atmosphere, electrical noise and response required.

1 Core Structure
Gauge Head: Made of full stainless steel (mostly 304/316L), the dial is marked with dual scales of MPa (megapascal) and bar, with an accuracy class of 1.6, complying with industrial metering standards.
Isolation Diaphragm Structure: A layer of corrosion-resistant metal diaphragm is installed between the pressure gauge and the measured medium. The pressure is transmitted through the filled silicone oil, completely isolating the medium from the pressure gauge movement.
Three Installation Interfaces:
Left: Sanitary Clamp Type (Quick-install Type): Complies with food and pharmaceutical industry hygiene standards, facilitating quick disassembly and cleaning.
Middle: Threaded Type (External Thread Connection): General-purpose industrial installation, suitable for standard threaded interfaces of pipelines and tanks.
Right: Flange Type (Flange Connection): Special for large-diameter, high-pressure working conditions, with strong sealing performance, suitable for chemical, petroleum and other scenarios.
Isolation Protection: The diaphragm isolates the measured medium from the internal components, preventing corrosion, clogging, and contamination.
